Seating on a patch of 5 acres the house, in accordance with the clients wishes was designed to incorporate a host of Spanish, Mediterranean & Moroccan influences into the façade & interior. Stucco walls, green tiled roofs, arch, apertures & lavish marble mosaic work in the floors characterized this graceful & unique house.
