Kandivali Recreation Club

The project focused on cost friendly, easy to maintain materials and timeless neutral décor style so that it wouldn’t have to be renovated again & again. Many operational requirements specific to the administration of the club where integrated into a typical urban Mumbai building. Even with a small footprint and vertical disposition of the building all large requirements were well incorporated into the entire scheme. Structural constraints of the extension work were also taken into account and many previously useless area under the swimming pool, etc. were well integrated into the main public areas.
