Set on the Queen’s necklace the building of the event lounge was originally a complete misfit in its surrounding dominated by art deco & gothic heritage buildings. The project was a clear example of how traditional urban landscape can be re-harmonized with contemporary space design. This attempt also clearly shows how the brands brand color and ideology can be easily fused into interior space even for a mid segment event lounge. The addition of cast iron railings to the original façade of the building & appropriate lighting are simple changes which harmonized the structure with the pride and regal heritage of the queen’s necklace.
