The VIP Residence for Mr. Kochhar was conceived as a lavish 5 star personalized facility for him and his international guests in the midst of an industrial area which does not even have a proper restaurant let alone a proper hotel. The brief was simple the facility have to be lavish comfortable yet warm & international in its caliber & ambience style. The architects chose an unbelievable blend of Mediterranean & south east Asian influences for a stunning effect.
