Goenka’s Residence

Designed as an eclectic this and that house but in the limited budget for a very large area the design involved tailoring materials to requirement, capex and daily efficiencies as the Goenka’s were businessman extremely short on time to have complex operational and maintenance systems. The house was also designed as the epitome of perfect vastu with all the elements of vastu fully in place.
