Revival

Revival Restaurant

LOCATION : ANDHERI, MUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA

The chain of Revival restaurants were conceived to highlight healthy & traditional eating practices as detailed in the Indian Vedas. Revolving around various traditional food types eaten regularly as well as for fasting purposes. It focused on the role of the “5 AMRUTS” mentioned in the Vedas. To suit this concept the Architect’s chose a few basic shlokas from the Vedas and re-incarnated them into design elements such as glass panels, stone panels, etc. The circular panel with shlokas was a derivative of the traditional “BINDU” the center of energy, the green shades & textures derived from banana leaf plate, the honeycomb trellis representative of honey and small digital information boards above the relevance of the daily menu to Satvik food shouted the brand story from the roof tops
